Your profile answers stay on your device unless you actively consent and send them through WhatsApp, email or a consultation request.
Guided service enquiries
Our Google-hosted intake collects the contact details, service preferences and readiness answers you submit. These are stored in our Google Sheets case workspace; optional evidence is stored in Google Drive for the case team to review. Do not provide passport numbers, financial records or sensitive case history in the enquiry fields. Review the intake privacy notice before submitting.
Why we use it
We use submitted details only to respond, prepare counselling and improve the service. We do not sell personal profile information.
Your choices
You may clear the saved profile at any time, decline consent, or ask us to correct or delete information you submitted.
Verify against the latest official government source before submitting an application.
